Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, and sign-in method (email and password, or Google sign-in).
• Workspace content you upload or create, such as solicitations, bids, contracts, and documents.
• Billing records: subscription status and renewal dates. Card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by Loggy.
• Technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

To provide Loggy, keep accounts secure, process your subscription, send account and service emails, and provide support. Content you submit for analysis is processed by AI models to generate the results you request.

Service providers

We do not sell your data. Providers that process data on our behalf to run the service include:

• Lovable (application hosting, database, file storage, authentication, and email delivery for sign-up, password reset, and subscription emails)
• AI model providers accessed through Lovable's AI service, for analysis you request
• Stripe, for payments and subscription billing
• Google, if you choose Google sign-in
• Tavily, a web search service: when you run supplier discovery, search terms built from the item or requirement you are sourcing are sent to find suppliers
• Open-Meteo, a weather service: if you save a weather location, its coordinates are sent to fetch the forecast

Some pages show embedded content loaded directly by your browser from YouTube (video feeds), Spotify (if you add a playlist), and Google Fonts. Those providers receive standard browser information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Loggy also reads public sources (for example SAM.gov, the Federal Register, Regulations.gov, news feeds, and market data); your account details and workspace content are not sent to those sources.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email Kevin@KDStrategicGroup.com from the address on your account; we process deletion requests manually. Billing, fraud-prevention, security, and legally required records may be kept longer when necessary.

Security

Data is stored in access-controlled systems with per-account access rules. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
