Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Loggy™ ("Loggy"), software provided by KD Caravano Strategic Group LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Loggy is a software workspace for federal contracting work. Loggy does not submit bids, sign documents, or contact government agencies or suppliers on your behalf. You remain responsible for every external action and for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.

2. Accounts

A Loggy Individual subscription covers one user. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Subscription and payment

Loggy Individual is billed at $49.99 USD per month and renews automatically each month until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the seller of record; your statement may show "LINK.COM*". Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access remains available through the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. AI-assisted outputs

Some features produce AI-assisted analysis. These outputs may be incomplete or wrong and are not legal, tax, or contracting advice.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other customers' data, interfering with the service's operation, uploading content you have no right to use, or using Loggy to violate any law or government procurement rule.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. ATTORNEY REVIEW: warranty disclaimer wording

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Loggy is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the fees you paid to us for Loggy during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. ATTORNEY REVIEW: venue / dispute-resolution clause
